I do too Zara. I really hate parting with them. There were lots of "ghost" books all around Ciaran & Yvette, including Gordon Smith's, and Derek's, but I didn't see many people buying Dereks!!! Someone asked a question about Derek, and Yvette said, "oh what you mean that fake"!

Ha! David's is out soon I think, I saw a little video of him explaining what was in it on some book promoting website.
Bookshops are the only shops I enjoy spending time in. I went in Waterstones looking for a specific book this week and came out with two I didn't need instead. I want my own library too Zara! I'm trying to build up a collection of books on every subject. So far I've got fiction, non-fiction, physics, astronomy, psychology, philosophy, religion, art, biography, web design, travel, languages, magic, and music. Next on my list is law; specifically consumer law and business law and I'm quite excited about getting them!
I read about this one philosopher who said the way to happiness is to know everything about one particular thing. Sod that, I want to know everything about everything!

I'm facinated by everything 2! Though there's a few people in this part of the world who seem happy to know everything about nothing...perhaps thats the way to go!
Its a family thing with me, my father, his father and his father all collected books. The oldest book we have is about london printed in 1854.
I have no idea how many subjects i've got....probably as many as every shelf/subject in a bookshop! At the moment i'm reading about photoshop CS2, jack the ripper, Queen Isabella (reigned during 1200's), a book on the french language and johnny cash of all people - cos i just saw the film 'walk the line' and was intrigued!

Wow I wish we had some books that old. I don't think I take after anyone in my family Mum and dad just have books on gardening *yawn* At the moment I'm reading 'Danny Wallace and the Centre of the Universe' (he discovers that someone in Wallace, Idaho declared a manhole cover there to be the centre of the universe just because theres no proof it isn't), a book on Fiji and one on Australia, 'Herzog' by Saul Bellow, and I'm about to embark on 'Harry Potter et la coup de feu' even though my French is poor. I think if I won the lottery tonight all I'd want right away is a load of new books and a banjo and I'd be happy. ;D
