Hahahaha this is going to be so funny. I might apply. Got an email saying they want MA History students (I can lie) to be part of a 'scooby gang' and spend the night in a haunted location. Even better - they want people with strong opinions on the paranormal, positive or negative, to be part of a debate. If only I actually wanted to be on live tv. I'd only make a tit of myself so it's best not.

Who watches Ghost Towns? I've never seen it before.. you know that Doorstep Divination or whatever it is? Does he pick a random house or is it the house of someone who has contacted them asking for ghost help?
Can you see where I'm going with this? ;D
My old victorian house has just acquired a ghost who causes us girls a lot of trauma.. he drinks all our alcohol, leaves dirty plates in the sink, and sometimes when we wake up we find that overnight he's thrown shoes, clothes and bags all over the floor. Two of us have fallen down our stairs - I think he pushed them. We need Derek!
Right, now where's the production company's number?

I'm just wondering where they'll be filming since just about everywhere in York claims to be haunted (for the tourists of course).
MH have done the dungeons, the racecourse and the Golden Fleece so I think we can cross those off the list. The treasurer's house would be good but it's National Trust so I'm not sure.
There are enough so-called haunted pubs in York to keep them going though, and because it's such a small city they're all about a 2-minute walk away from eachother.
Wonder where the studio will be.

Apparently the official emails say the studio location hasn't been confirmed yet. I did notice the river is quite high at the moment and the gardens are right next to it. I don't know why they don't just use the Barbican. Loads of room for the audience and the OB vans - the BBC manage to fit about 5 vans in when they film the snooker.
