I only put the tv on cos I like some noise in the background but then I get distracted and end up watching it for ages.

Ha I've just heard someone say a great new rhyming slang.
I'm going to start using that one! No more dropping the C Bomb.

It's pancake day! Completely forgot. My lovely friends just brought one up to me cos I'm shut away writing an essay. It tastes a bit funny, I hope it hasn't been on the floor!

You only need flour, milk and eggs.
I've gone off them a bit though since we came back from a club early one morning and made a stack of them and ate way too many. Bleurgh.

Fook. Where has the week gone? Oh God it's Friday tomorrow. Wish me luck, I'm in a huge fashion/dance/hiphop show tomorrow and it could go horribly wrong in front of 1000 people. Even worse though - it's being filmed and made into a dvd so if we mess up it's there for all to see over and over again. I think worst case scenario would be falling off the stage and getting impaled on the bolts of my drum. Ouch. I think if there's a time for praying it's now.

Good luck for the show. You'll be fine. Y'know how it is...afterwards you'll wonder what you fretted over.

Good luck for the show. You'll be fine. Y'know how it is...afterwards you'll wonder what you fretted over. Very true. I keep waking up panicking about it but then at the end of every day (the end of 6-hour rehearsals) I feel ok again. It was quite funny last night cos Spoony from Radio 1 turned up (he's our compere) but he was late and didn't know what he was doing, so the organiser just shoved a script in his hand and pushed him out into the auditorium. The lighting guys put a spotlight on him before he'd even had a chance to read the bit of paper. I felt a bit sorry for him, I bet he wondered why he'd agreed to do it.
